Atlanta based, Joshua Worden exemplifies what being a solo artist is all about; he is a one-man band!  Joshua writes, produces, arranges, and performs his own material.  His sound is soulful R&B mixed with electro and jazz.  Joshua’s vibe can be compared to James Blake, Raphael Saadiq, and Daniel Lanois.  His music is refreshingly smooth; it exhibits passion, enlightenment, and an array of unique melodies.

His debut EP, The Withered Tree had more of an indie vibe, his latest album Always This has an electro-soul vibe, which puts you in the mood for writing, relaxation, and reflecting.  Some of my favorite tracks from the album are “The Road,” “Midnight,” and “The Skies Glowed.”  The entire album is completely chill and downtempo, if you enjoy Toro y Moi or Jeff Buckley you will enjoy Joshua Worden.
